Manifest Creative LLC is a Houston-based creative agency offering association management and meeting/conference planning services to a variety of non-profits and professional membership organizations. From managing client websites, finances, communications and membership to coordinating client luncheons, conferences and events, the Manifest Creative team expertly handles the daily operations and administration for its association management clients and takes great pride in planning meetings and conferences for its event clients.

For more than 15 years, Monica has worked in media and public relations, marketing, event and meeting planning, non-profit administration, community relations and outreach, program and project management, photography, transportation and tourism promotion. Since launching Manifest Creative in 2010, her clients have included: Archway Gallery; Ars Lyrica Houston; Axiom Design; Communities In Schools of Houston; DPict Fine Art Photography; The Health Museum; Hope Stone, Inc.; the Houston Early Music Festival; the Houston Museum District Association; The John C. Freeman Weather Museum; The National Museum of Funeral History; National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA); Pink Ribbons Project; Association Network; South Main Alliance / Main Street Coalition; Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Houston Chapter; Rice Global E&C Forum; Texas Association of Museums (TAM); and the American Alliance of Museums (AAM) as the Local Conference Coordinator for the 2011 AAM Annual Meeting and MuseumExpo.
She has served on the board of the Pink Ribbons Project, served as chair of the 2008 Local Host Committee of the Visitors Studies Association’s 21st Annual Conference, and as a member of the Greater Houston Convention & Visitors Bureau Tourism Committee and Steering Committee, the Houston-Galveston Area Council’s TDM Implementation Subcommittee from 2004 – 2007, and as Region V Director on the national board of the Association of Commuter Transportation.

Joining Manifest Creative in 2012, Maureen focuses on leadership management, including coordinating client boards of directors and committees, financial management, meeting management, as well as coordinating the production and distribution of all communication materials and managing client websites, databases, membership services and general administration.
Maureen began her professional career as a meteorologist at Weather Research Center (WRC) and museum coordinator at The John C. Freeman Weather Museum in the Houston Museum District. She became Chief Meteorologist and transitioned into the role of Executive Director of the Museum in 2011.

Shaina joined Manifest Creative in 2017 as Event/Client Support Coordinator. Prior to joining the Manifest Creative team, she held a position as a Marketing Manager at TIBCO Software. Her primary responsibilities were overseeing the global programs, events and preparing for tradeshow exhibits. Her focal point was on the oil & gas division, for the middleware product OpenSpirit. With every trade-show exhibit, she could bring something new and innovative to the set-up process.
Shaina enjoys bringing creative and fresh ideas to every project. She is excited, eager to learn and ready to explore this next journey with the Manifest Creative team.
SPECIAL PROJECTS manager
Amy joined Manifest Creative in 2014. Her extensive background with nonprofit organizations spans more than 15 years. She graduated from the University of the Arts (Philadelphia, PA) with a degree in Modern Dance Performance and obtained a certificate in nonprofit management from the University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, she worked for the prestigious nonprofit performing arts center New York City Center as their Director of Special Events specializing in donor programs, event logistics and management and fundraising, as well as for City Parks Foundation as their Special Events Director, managing fundraising events throughout the five boroughs of New York City.
Originally from Houston, Amy returned to Texas where in 2009 she joined Hope Stone, Inc., a nonprofit organization with an established children’s educational arts outreach program and professional modern dance company, as its Managing Director. During her time at Hope Stone, Amy had the opportunity to support the Manifest Creative team when it served as the organization's PR and Marketing firm from 2010–2013. She continues to happily work for both organizations.
